Continued documentation of work on our GX71.
We produced and installed a raised rear subframe, also raising the differential and propeller shaft along with it.
This rear subframe is equipped with a camber adjustment mechanism and has much improved ground clearance over the original.
Measuring and manufacturing these parts on our machining center, they are then assembled on a jig and fully processed.
After assembly, further measurements and inspections are performed to confirm that there is no distortion.
When pushing low ride height to the limit, the ground clearance here at the rear subframe is the most strict, so this work is necessary to achieve top results.
